Massage therapists that are members of Respect Massage hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session. When choosing a practice displaying the Respect Massage logo, you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.
- If you do not see your desired appointment time available, please text: 423-443-2266 or call the Chiropractic office: 706-996-7670 for immediate assistance to inquire. Last minute availabilities happen and the schedule does not always reflect that.
- If you are a New Client, please arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before your appointment time for paperwork and assessments.
- Please do not wear cologne or perfumes.
- If you are sunburn, pregnant, just had surgery or any other medical issues in question, please call before scheduling.. as these may be a contraindication to your session. We would hate for you to come to your appointment and us have to reschedule due to a contraindication. Your safely is our priority!
CANCELATION POLICY & SCHEDULING RULES:
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
12 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and will allow us to plan our day accordingly. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. Your card is required to hold your appointment and the cancelation fee must be paid prior to/at your next scheduled appointment. For your convenience, we take cards over the phone or through the website with a requested payment link.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment at FULL PRICE, which must be paid prior to next scheduled appointment.
Also, an example of a "no-show": calling to cancel or change your appointment time AFTER your scheduled appointment time has started.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session you were scheduled for. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
